Below is the agenda for the January 20 general meeting :
I. Proposed Service Providers for the following : (as submitted)
a) Food and Drinks (Note : Votation is required - please attend promptly)
b) Audio Visual (List of committed equipment)
II. Update on the following :
a) Ads - trimedia, posters, flyers, web notification
- Samples of posters and ads (if available on Jan 20)
b) Main Program for February 24
- Sample of our Batch song for the event
- Sneak preview of audio visuals
c) Proposed Layout and Traffic of the Homecoming at the Elementary Grounds
III. Financials :
a) Homecoming Funds as of January 19, 2007
b) Financial Requirement Projections for the Homecoming
- Programs to achieve targeted attendees
c) Scholarship program launching from excess funds
III. Others :
a) Collection of ticket sales during the event
b) Uniform for the event
c) Commitment on remittances of pledges
d) Monitoring of developments
- immediate postings of progress through the yahoogroups
e) Proposed souvenir
IV. Next Steps (after the homecoming) :
a) Scholarship propgram beyond February 2007
- formal solicitations within LSQC Alumni and external benefactors (e.g. politicians, businessmen
and professionals)
b) Other events for "Balikbayans" (e.g. Basketball, Baywatch, and many more etc.)
Please attend so that we can have your approval and participation of the above activities. Please don't forget to bring your respective financial contributions for the homecoming.
Note : For those who has intentions of supporting the scholarship program in any way, please signify your intentions as early as this January so that we may finaly initiate the program.
Initial Information for your perusal :
a) Proposed Budget for the whole event (ceiling) : P 300 K (Food & Drinks, Audiovisuals)
b) Target seed money for scholarship program (1st year to 4th year - for 1 child) - P 150 K
c) Target no. of attendees to cover for the costs of the event - 600 Alumni @ P 500 / ticket
d) Total contributions and pledges as of January 15 - P 167 K
